BLARG!

My family has never really had great computers. As of right now my family has a broken monitor (Doggie: 1, Broken monitor: 0) and 3 broken computers, two of which don't even turn on. I'm currently typing this on a friends computer. Of course it doesn't help that I'm super sick and it feels like I coughed up one of me lungs. Must be the mithra within me or something, probrably a fur ball of some kind. So yeah...right now I'm more worried about not having a computer for college and not FFXI. More info as me problem progresses. Gonna go drink some tea and nap again, uggh. @_@
Edit: Tea works magic, except with computers.

Beastmaster - the other, other job

Well, after having some bad luck with trying to fish up an Angel Skin, and having no luck with Phantom Worm, (sorry Hye for killing us and thank you Acupofcoffee for healing my sorry butt >_<), I decided to relieve me stress with bst. With a tip from Sotose, the super taru bst, and help from Ashrah, the amazingly helpful rdm for actually looking up the camp, I went to Purgonorgo Isle. I was rusty with bst and I accidently tried to charm a T clot. That just led to a dead bst and a very angry mithra.

After releaving my stress with a good flee, I tried round two of the new camp. It went much better as Jagils proved to be decent EXP without the linking problems I faced with efts. Also, compared to the dusty views of Bibiki Bay, the Isle proved to be a very pretty camp with a lot of eye candy. I'm supposedly able to level quite far here. After the first lil bump, its proving to a decent camp. Once again, the aid of me linkshell led to another fun filled adventure day!

The Little Fish that Could

Howdy Peeps! Great day huh? ^^ Anyhow, I knew that the Sunbreeze Festival was going on but I was kind of ignoring it because I thought I had all the items I could get from the event already. So I was very suprised when I found a rare fish tank that actually required the Goldfish Set! After looking up more info on it, I found out that not only was the Fighting Fish Tank out for quite some time, I had the crafting levels to make it! Me, being the rare item hunting Thief that I am, immedietly set out to get the tank and another item for my mog house. It took me a while but I was able to get all but one important item to make it. The fish itself! The Fighting Fish Tank synth required a Betta fish. After doing some more research, I found out the reason to the darn fish tank being so expensive. Not only was the betta fish hard to catch, it was hard just to reach the fishing spot!

That is where the adventure began. Hye, being a great fisher and a friend, joined me on my trip to explore Mamook and catch the little Betta fish. After we both died from a NM, and a few more failed attempts, Hye and I were finally able to get to the fishing spot. After fishing for a while, I quickly learned that I had no where near the fishing level to catch the fish. @_@

However! My fishing expedition did not turn out in vain as Hye caught not just one, but three Bettas! It was great! And then Arnor, an <Incredibly Tough> blue mage from me ls, decided to join us. He said he was there to protect us which was great since me and Hye were surrounded by evil lil frogs. I'm so lucky to have great ls mates like them! I don't know what I would of done without em.

After fishing for a little bit more, we decided to escape out and I warped back to Windy to make me the fishing bowl. Although I was only 3 levels above the cap for the synth, I was able to safely make 2 bowls! I gave one to Hye for obviously catching the Bettas since I wasn't able to catch any. Imma have to give something to Arnor too. Just not sure what yet...

Anyhow, that pretty much sums up me day. Catch ya later! ^.^y

Treasure!

Howdy peeps! I did a KS run yesterday. Now my past three KS runs together earned me a total of 50k gil...so I wasn't expecting much from this one. In fact, I mainly went to get a Heart Snatcher for my thief (which dropped on my past three KS runs). So of course to my amazement, I got a V-claw instead of me Heart Snatcher! Guess it was good and bad luck at the same time XD

The Big Seven Five

Sorry I haven't written in quite some time, I've been busy with some real life issues and I haven't had much time to play FFXI as well as write. However, affter playing for nearly three years, I have finally reached 75 with my first job, Thief.

I felt amazed when it happened. I know to many people who have multiple level 75 jobs that getting one job to 75 isn't that big of a deal, but even as I think about it, I am swelled with pride and happiness. I know I can't thank everyone who helped me get there, but if I ever pt'ed with you, or if you ever helped me ever! Thank you sooo much people! I am so surprised at the kind hearts and souls of the people I met along the way and how much effort and time they gave to help and teach me. I feel that I've gotten helped more then I have helped and I really wish for that to change. So if anyone on the Odin server reads this, especially me LS mates and or friends, ask me for help on anything!

So here is to all the adventures that I've had, and to the many more to come! (^.^)b
