< Treasure > < Where? >

Hi hi peeps! Another week has gone by. Do you all know what that means? No, it does not mean we having our weekly sushi eat out. Its Miry's Crazy Adventures of the Week time~! This week I focused on leveling ranger and finding me some treasure. Sadly. I was able to do little of both.

After discussing it with many peeps who have a lot more knowledge then me about the game, I realized that getting the hetacomb set would be worth the *clink clink*. The hetacomb set has some crazy stats but is off set by a plus slow percentage. Although it is mainly used just for weapon skills, the armor is crazy expensive to get. So instead of just farming little items and saving up for it, I decided to attempt to get the main ingredient needed for the synthesis. Sadly, the main ingredient, Angel skin, is expensive for a reason. For those of you who don't know, Angel Skin is dropped of Devil Mantas. You are probrably thinking, well heck, thats not so bad. Wait a minute my friend. Let me finish. The Devil Manta can only be fished up once every 10 minutes. And if you fail your chance to fish him up, you have to wait 10 minutes again. Then, to top it all off, the Angel Skin itself is only a 10%ish drop. And to top it all off? The darn thing is always camped. I have only been alone fishing...maybe 5-10 minutes. And that is usually because the peeps just fished the mob up. Anyhoo, me and a few friends (thank ya everyone!) tried fishing for a good few hours each day. And with all that time we just had no luck. I think I might have to just farm up stuff in bulk. @_@;;

Another piece of treasure I went after this week was the Sirocco Kukri. Its a very fast dagger with the same delay as the Hornetneedle I have right now. However, the damage is much better on it and it has a special effect of adding wind damage to each hit with it. A bunch of peeps from my ls helped me camp it over a period of time. Sadly, I went 0/1 on the darn bird. We had a chance to fight it again but we accidently wiped due to miscommunication. Arnor was very kind enough to stay up super late and get me the ToD (Time of Death) of it so we could camp it again later. Sadly, I was busy that day and lost the time. I'll have to try again later this week. Thank you so much though Arnor and Cyprias. I feel really really bad for keeping you guys up that late >_<

My Linkshell again went to sky and this time we focused on the other gods. Suzaku was fun, although he did blow me up with his Firaga. I swear thiefs have a hidden traight of super awful fire resistance. Also, I tried lotting on an Abj. with my lucky dice and got like...a 79 or something. Just wasn't my day. ^^;

The God we fought the most however was Seiryu~! This big dragon packs quite the punch, literally~! His two hour is Hundred Fist and I feel bad for the tanks who stand there to keep him at bay. @_@; We also fought Byakko. There were no spectacular drops on any of the runs, but we didn't lose a single fight and some peeps got some items. A very productive day. ^^

Something that I love doing, but never really get the chance to do is Assault~! They are little missions which usually invovle doing some random thing with NPC's , fighting monsters, or both! I did the Lebros Cavern one today and it was just as tough as I remembered. We are given 30 minutes to destroy 5 walls and boy is it a toughie. Although the walls dont fight back, their defense is through the roof! It takes a good 7+ minutes for each wall. Me, Milie, Rifu, Ich, and a few others (peeps were jumping in and out of the group) were able to win 2/3 of our runs. I'm still not sure yet what the points are for but I got some more of em~! XD

With a paid supplier pumping out my arrows, (thanks Cyprias!) I have been able to level Ranger some more. I really do enjoy the job, despite the pricetag on it. I'm not sure if I will go back to Bst or stick with Rng for a while, but I know I'll be leveling something this week. See you all later peeps~! Here are some more quotes for giggles. ^^
