The Start of December

Howdy peeps! Another week has gone by and another busy week of adventures happened! But first off! I wanna wish you all a Happy December! We are almost done with another year peeps! Can ya believe it?! Imagine all the adventures we all had just this year alone! ^^ So, here is what happened to me this past week~!

I finally got Bst to 54. I had to slowly level it in SSG. I couldnt find another camp and Bostaunieux Oubliette turned out to be just too tough for me at 53. Once I hit 54 though, I went to Bostaunieux Oubliette thinking I could charm a lot easier with the extra +charm I got on my AF gloves (which I think look like cooking mitts). Anyhow, after leveling down there for a lil while, something happened to the slimes. I don't know if someone told them I murdered their parents, or I stepped in something smelly down there, but the slimes started resisting my charm really really badly. I failed to charm a Decent Challange charm Slime FIVE times in a row. That is after I was able to charm Toughs repeatedly. Regardless to say, I was angry. I relaxed for a lil bit and went back down there the next day and tried to exp there again. This time I couldnt charm the first slime down there and I ended up dying without gaining any exp. The icing on the cake was that I deleveled on that. I just sat there for a bit and stared. Pretty much I was very disgusted with myself and my bst. I know slimes are resistant to charm, and mithras have really low charisma (My pets dont like meh~! @_@;;), but after charming Toughs with no trouble for an hour and to then have a Decent Challange come by and kick your butt is just aggrivating. So after that experience, I decided to go back to another job. Since I STILL don't have WotG yet, I decided to go with a job that I absolutely love. The super mighty ranger~!

After finding all my equipment, I began to level it. Although I am super cheap when it comes to ammo, my ranger was still able to do enough damage to still pull it off the tanks. I don't know what exactly it is about ranger, but I always have fun playing it. Maybe its because its honestly like no other jobs I have leveled. Sure, my thief sometimes uses crossbows or arrows, but its soooo cool to be able to pull off super duper damage from away. If anything is honestly a threat, I can just run away. ^^; I was able to get it 3 levels over the period of a few days and hopefully I can take it farther.

I again attempted the Sacrarium CoP mission and actually beat it this time! Our group was smaller this time, but the group was well organized and we were able to beat it with little trouble. The NM fight where you have to fight the ghost with the two little ghost friends of his gave us the most trouble. On top of dealing with his two little friends, we also had to deal with a formor or two which would aggro from afar cause of HP aggro. Luckly my CourrierCarrie tanked one of the ghosts like a champ~! I must admit, although I do complain about the difficulty of the CoP missions (even after the update making it easier), it does make the victories in the game much sweeter. ^^ Oh yeah, and I got 54 back on my BST, woo~!

The next day Thaumas and I went off to duo the next NM for the CoP missions. It turned out to be a very easy fight. The NM regains about 100HP every second or so, but me and Thau were able to beat it down with our super dmg output~! We then had a super duper long cutscene which confused me a lot. I had to go back and read it again to finally understand what was going on. So now I have Promyvion - Vahzl to look foward to. @_@;;;

My linkshell again had Kirin runs this weekend. I'm not exactly 100% sure what happened, but our LS got smacked down by Kirin twice. I think someone pee'ed in Kirin's coffee or something, but he and his little friends were angry. They decimated us twice and he depopped both times. A few peeps in the LS were a lil angry at the end. Well...I wouldn't say angry...maybe... dissastisfied? I know Kirin drops really good stuff, and getting the pop items for him is a big pain in the booty, but I know my linkshell is gonna kick his butt next time. So when a few peeps started expressing their displeasure, I tried to step in. ^^; Making jokes (especially at Kallo, everyone loves those), fake MTs, trying to think of funny emotes, ect. Sadly...most peeps just werent in the mood to laugh and most of em just left grumbling. Oh well~! Some peeps just need some free space after getting angry ya know? Amazingly...I didn't mind at all. I'm not saying I'm happy we lost, (especially since I won the lot on the Heta. body abj.) but I just saw it as a learning experience. There is always next time! Well, ttyl peeps~! Oh yeah, I forgot to put a funny quote last time so we get two today! Yay!
