A Call to Adventure?

I only meant to make a quick pit stop in Whitegate again when again I heard another shout which perked my ears. A tarutaru was shouting for his dynamis linkshell and was asking for anyone interested in it. Now, I am not a big fan of dynamis. As a thief, it is a pain in the butt to find a EXP party and almost all dynamis runs end up with me losing some exp. I think I even told a friend once that the day I do dynamis again will be the day I quit FFXI*. But, Pangogo, the tarutaru doing the shouts also shouted out saying all AF2 were free lots. Woah I thought. Free lots? There is going to be no point system for this linkshell? I thought he accidently did a miss-type. As I got to talking to him, he started telling me his idea behind his shell.

The sandglasses were to be paid by him and his nine friends whom were sack holders. The ls leaders would collect the money so they would break even and everything else was free lot. The AF2 could only be lotted on if you could wear it. Now, I know of many end game linkshells but I never heard of one without some kind of point or tally system. I mean, if you had nothing to gain out of going, what was the use right? Amazingly, Pangogo said him and his friends just wanted a chance to get some nice equip while having fun with other respectful players. Wowy I thought! I know I'm not the most behaved mithra but the linkshell actually got me interested in dynamis. So tomorrow is their first run and I plan on being there. It should be interesting to see what kind of people show up. Hopefully I won't die a lot tomorrow. But regardless of what happens tomorrow, I'm sure its gonna be an adventure!

*Oh yeah, and I'm not quitting FFXI. @_@;
